With 16 wines and champagnes specially selected for the Waverley by Young's own wine merchants Cockburn & Campbell, available by the bottle or by the glass, there is something to suit all palates. And, if you're not sure which wine or beer will be for you, there is no need to worry as we will be holding wine and beer tasting evenings at the Waverley with Cockburn & Campbells wine buyers and Young's own head brewer.
