Welcome to The Waverley, one of the most stylish eating and drinking venues in Aldwick – a truly special place to be enjoyed by everyone.

First purchased by Young & Co.’s Brewery in 2000, the Waverley was completely rebuilt 13 years ago after the original bar on the site was destroyed by fire. Rumour has it that during the rebuilding smugglers tunnels were found beneath the pub leading out to sea.

The Waverley on Marine Drive West was completely refurbished earlier this year, making the most of it’s existing features and creating a lighter, brighter pub that welcomes everyone right on the seafront. Luxurious leather sofas and informal dining areas mean you can drink or dine in comfort and style whilst taking in the magnificent sea views. Plus, elegant decking and extensive outdoor heating on the terrace means that you can enjoy the Waverley experience al fresco when the weather gets warmer.
