Allow us to introduce ourselves.
We are the new landlord and landlady of the Waverley, new to the area, but not the trade with over 40 years collective experience in the industry.
Simon has been the Executive Chef for Channel 4 and Express Newspapers and Donna has run one of the first and oldest established wine bar/restaurants in the City.
We are both accomplished and driven individuals with energy and passion to provide a warm cheerful environment for diners to enjoy the very best of “old fashioned food - designer style”
We believe in a strong work ethic and our ambition is to provide a service to the community that excels expectation. |
We know that people want more then chain store pubs with mass-produced food. Our Head chef Michael is a skilled and innovative professional with many years experience.
Michael has created a delicious, mouth-watering menu, stunning to the eye as well as the palette, which we believe rivals the best that Aldwick and Bognor has to offer, aiming to provide our community with a local pub and restaurant to be proud of.
The Waverley offers stunning views out to sea, floor to ceiling windows, a place to unwind, be looked after, be welcomed and known.
